At Haven of Henna, we take pride in offering high-quality henna products and exceptional customer care. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

 

Because our henna products are perishable and handmade, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened, used, or sealed products.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at havenofhenna@icloud.com with:

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

    •    Your order number

 

We will assess the issue and, if eligible, may offer a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to request return of the damaged item before a resolution is provided.

Missing Items

 

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

 

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

    •    You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect pricing)

    •    A product was proven to be defective or expired upon arrival

    •    The package was not delivered due to an error on our part

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

    •    Incorrect shipping address provided

    •    Packages lost, delayed, or stolen after shipping (see Shipping Policy)

    •    Opened or used products

Cancellations

 

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
