Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays. We take great care in preparing your henna products to ensure they are carefully packaged and dispatched on time.

 

Shipping Methods

 

We offer standard shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You may also choose expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery, available at an additional cost.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Liability

 

Once your package is handed over to USPS, Haven of Henna is not responsible for any shipping-related issues, including but not limited to:

    •    Delayed shipping

    •    Lost or stolen packages

    •    Damaged items during transit

 

We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Tracking and Delivery

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this information to follow your package’s progress. For any delivery issues, we recommend contacting USPS directly.

 

Order Issues

 

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at havenofhenna@icloud.com or 402-500-2280. While we are not liable for damage caused during shipping, we are happy to assist you with the process of filing a claim with USPS or offer guidance to help resolve the issue.

 

Domestic Shipping Only

 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
